Learn also that the yellow sign with a black line through it means you do NOT have the priority...as in many towns and villages.

Remember the priority from the right rule, you must understand this, is vital. Many towns have no road markings and the priority rule, rules. You must always give way to pedestrians or cyclists when turning, always. Its different, learn that and quickly.

So wish we could get this gorgeous car in the US but too many Americans are pigeons. Only thing I don't like is the ugly screen in the middle of the dashboard. Preferred the pre-20126 dashboard.

I bought my Leon Cupra 280 new,.did 93k and only had the water pump done, that's all!! No oil use at all. I'm now have a 2019 Leon Cupra R ST that's done 11k! The older car had less squeaks n rattles! Sure they have dumbed down the quality!

Nice video! Two tips: use offline Google Maps and Spotify lists! Both can be downloaded before you travel on wifi, and you'll only use minimal data for traffic information on Maps. Another tip: an eSIM in case you want to use data ;-)

i own a usdm '21 turbo and, despite being absolutely in love with the thing, i can report that the radar has told me to "BRAKE!" inappropriately twice. however, that's only happen at one specific bit of awkward road. i've noticed that the reverse camera's "someone's behind you" detector has been a bit overzealous, so (considering the spot where it told me to brake) that aspect of the software seems to be what caused the warnings. only checked this video out to see what the rhd versions were like, but you're a fantastically thorough reviewer! great to see someone who appreciates cars not trashing a hybrid system

I sold my 2017 Leon FR 5F at 7 years/41,000 miles, thinking it was time to move it on before the problems started. It had been flawless up until that point. I now have a 2021 Leon FR KM and can only say that I miss my 5F and really regret selling it. So much for progress...

The fact that you have to downshift to get torque ENCOURAGES or even FORCES you to play with the transmission, and playing with the transmission on any MX5 is a wonderful experience. Short throws, light flywheel, snappy gears. Little dopamine hits each time I put the clutch down and rev the engine for a downshift makes even my daily commute to work a wonderful experience.

What's everyones opinion on the 1.2 TSI version? Is it reliable? Should you just get this one instead?

I'm about to choose a new company car, Ive narrowed it down to teh RAV4 Hybrid or BMW x3 hybrid. Any thoughts i'm not a car guy need a decent boot.

I live in Colorado in the US, the city I live is slightly more than 1 mile elevation, I drive it through the canyons - haven't noticed any additional power loss yet, steep climbs obviously the car has to work harder...but that's normal. Seeing this does make me wonder what I might be missing with the car at low altitudes! Time to plan a long road trip! Great video! Regarding fuel efficiency, I just got 49.3 mpg US on a 48 mile trip, driving 40-65 MPH (45 mph average), very pleased with that.

I have a spare wheel at the back i believe is stock default.. I recently changed Tires which is prolly slightly bigger than previous, will my spare wheel be alright to use?

I assume the dual temp display is for both sides to see it and also perhaps to pad out the 10" display without looking like a waste of space over the 7".The dual knobs is stupid though.

A very good review. I have a 2017 FR 150 ACT. Purchased nearly new, only 4000 miles on the clock and under a year old. I have never had an issue with the car in over 6 years of ownership. Not even a bulb. It's been serviced every year without fail, and has been superb. One of the best hatchbacks of its time. Mine has only 33,000 miles from new. £35 pounds road tax per year, and can achieve over 60 mpg. Cheap to insure,and has a top speed of 134 mph. An excellent car by all means. I will be holding on to it for a while yet.
